WHAT IS COVERED
Kennelly Paver Sealing warrants our workmanship and sealer application against defects resulting from improper installation or material failure for a period of three (3) years from the date of service.
Covered defects include:
- Peeling
- Flaking
- Chipping
- Cracking of the sealer coating
- Yellowing caused by sealer failure
If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, Kennelly Paver Sealing will inspect the affected area and perform the necessary repairs at no cost to the customer.

Our goal is not simply to seal your pavers—we want them to continue looking their best for years to come. If a warranty-covered issue arises, we will make it right.
MAINTAINING YOUR WARRANTY
To keep your warranty active, annual maintenance service must be performed by Kennelly Paver Sealing between 10 and 15 months after the initial sealing date and each year thereafter during the warranty period.
Annual maintenance is essential because dirt, organic growth, weather exposure, and everyday use gradually wear down the protective surface of the sealer. Routine maintenance helps preserve the integrity of the coating, extend its lifespan, and keep your pavers looking their best year-round.
Failure to complete the required annual maintenance service will void this warranty.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Efflorescence
Natural mineral deposits that can appear on the surface.
Paver deterioration
Normal wear, aging, or deterioration of pavers over time.
Weeds, mold, algae, and organic growth
Biological growth in joints or on the surface.
Pests and insects
Damage or issues caused by pests or insects.
Stains
Spills, discoloration, or staining from external sources.
Joint sand loss
Loss of joint sand due to wind, rain, traffic, or other factors.
Drainage issues
Problems caused by improper drainage or water management.
White or milky appearance caused by moisture entrapment
Temporary haze or discoloration due to trapped moisture.
Slippery conditions
Slipperiness due to wet conditions, weather, or surface contaminants.
Aesthetic variations
Slight color variations or changes in appearance.
Tire marks
Marks or scuffs caused by tires or rubber.
Stripping projects
Removal of old sealers or coatings as part of surface preparation.
ACTIONS THAT MAY VOID THIS WARRANTY
To protect the integrity of the sealed surface and ensure proper performance, this warranty may be void if any of the following occur:
Pressure washing, chemical treatments, repairs, or alterations performed without Kennelly Paver Sealing's approval.
Application of any sealer, coating, cleaner, or treatment by the homeowner or a third party.
Repairs, restoration work, or maintenance services performed by another contractor.
Failure to complete required annual maintenance service.
Neglect, abuse, misuse, or failure to properly care for the sealed surface.
LIMITATION
OF LIABILITY
This warranty is limited solely to the repair of covered defects in workmanship or material failure. Kennelly Paver Sealing shall not be responsible for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages related to the use or condition of the sealed surface.
